Orders are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii or Los Angeles, California. All orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Requested changes in your shipping method, items on your order or any other types of changes must be made by phone. We will not be responsible for any unresolved email inquires. Contact the Retail Department at for any online inquiries during our hours of operation. Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 4:30PM PST.

* International Shipping prices DO NOT include customs duty or applicable local sales taxes. Duties and sales taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are based on each country's import regulations. Please contact your local customs office for more information about duties and taxes. All duties or taxes will need to be settled at the time of delivery. Shipping cost for returned or refused packages will be charged to the original credit card used for payment. (Delivery not available for International PO Box addresses.)

Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipment by telephone. We will not be responsible for unsettled e-mail requests or voicemail messages. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed or shipped. Customers must receive the merchandise and follow the standard return instructions. We will not be responsible for shipping return costs.

Freight costs or a $5.00 re-shipping fee for the following will be billed to the credit card used during the original order. 1) Refused Packages or 2) Return Packages. (Return Packages are due to receivers not available to sign for Federal Express shipments). We have the right to refuse to re-ship and cancel.

Billing Process:
Your credit card will be charged once your order is prepared and processed.
Please note that once the credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. We reserve the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Please allow 2-4 business days for Rush US shipments. If we are unable to ship within this time due to unavailable stock or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. If you cannot be reached your package will not be shipped until contacted.
